Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on a micro-frontend application replacing Paciolan's legacy event-configuration back-office, on a ticketing platform powering 160+ college athletic programs. Roughly 10 repositories: a Next.js host, an orchestrator loading each tab as a remote at runtime, six tab micro-frontends, a shared design system, a GraphQL layer and a NestJS microservice. Ticket-based delivery on a team of eight.
- Delivered across most of the product surface and, because tickets cut across layers, worked in nearly every repository. Traced a defect other tabs were patching locally to its root in the shared library and fixed it there, in a release that products already in production consume.
- Built the validated forms and grids operators use daily: pricing tables, charge grids, add-on grids with cascading dependent dropdowns and bulk update flows, on a shared form model with react-hook-form and Zod and tab-level validators registered back to the host. Contributed the time and date pickers to the design system, built from UX specs and verified in Storybook.
- Extended the GraphQL layer through to the NestJS backend: mapped form state into API payloads, redesigned the save contract for one product area, and surfaced backend validation errors on concurrent edits.
- Ran scenario-based QA on other engineers' tickets, including backend: matrices with expected outcomes written up front, verified against the database and the running app, with a deterministic baseline reset. Two high-severity data-persistence defects surfaced that way, both previously left as open contract points in code review.
- Built the context and rules set behind AI-assisted work here: an architecture index, per-area context files, and reusable rules encoding decision procedures rather than formatting. Tuned the permission surface so an agent verifies freely and anything that writes goes through a gate, and wired MCP so it reads tickets and design specs from source.
